Focus on your PROFITS!

Saying your business brought in $100,000 is great, but if your expenses were $85,000 then you profit was only $15,000. Is the $15,000 the amount you want for your business?

The more PROFIT you have, then the more you can reinvest into the business or even yourself. Keeping track of both revenue AND expenses is equally important to know you profit margin.
